Return Policies

Brass Cat Books offers a conditional return policy.

Undamaged apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Proof of delivery date must be provided. 

Returns and exchanges are not available for ebooks. 

Undamaged print books and book merchandise (apparel, accessories, etc.) may be returned within seven days of delivery. Proof of date of delivery must be provided with each return. Books and other items damaged in shipping are the responsibility of our shipping partners, and subject to their return policy. 

Damaged items may not be returned.
